This contract has been issued in accordance with the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 25137 dated 13.06.2003, for the obligation to conclude contracts for sales over the internet and the substances are as follows:

The subject matter of this agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on the Application and Principles of the Law-Distance Contracts on the Protection of Consumers numbered 4077 regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which the seller sells to the buyer.

It consists of the type, quantity, brand / model, color, number, sales price, payment method and the information at the end of the order.

4.1- The buyer declares that he has read and informed all the preliminary information regarding the basic features, sales price and payment method and delivery of the products or products mentioned in the Article 3 and gives the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

4.2- The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the buyer or the person / organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence for each product provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period may be extended to a maximum of 10 days, provided the Buyer is notified in advance.

4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person / organization from the Buyer, Sultan Eşarp cannot be held responsible for not accepting the delivery of the person / organization to be delivered.

4.4- Sultan Eşarp is responsible for delivering the contracted product intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.5- If the charge for the goods/services is failed to be paid for any reason whatsoever or deleted from the bank entries, the Sultan Eşarp is deemed as having been released from its obligation for delivery of the goods/services. 

4.6- For the delivery of the contracted product, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to Sultan Eşarp and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the Buyer. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, Sultan Eşarp shall be deemed free of the obligation to deliver the product. The product must be sent to Sutan Eşarp within 3 days, provided that it is delivered to the buyer. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

4.7- Sultan Eşarp is obliged to inform the Purchaser if he cannot deliver the contracted product within the due period due to force majeure or extraordinary conditions such as weather opposition, interruption of transportation. In this case, the buyer may use one of the rights to cancel the order, to replace the contracted product, if any, and / or postpone the delivery period until the elimination of the blocking condition. In case the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid shall be paid to him within 7 business days in cash and at once.

4.8- Defective or defective products of the products sold with the warranty certificate or not, can be sent to Sultan Eşarp for the necessary repair within the terms of the warranty; shipping costs are covered by Sultan Eşarp.

4.9- In the event of payment of the order placed on the Site, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the contracted product to him or to the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Sultan Eşarp must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone during this period and the product must not be used in accordance with the provisions of the relevant article. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer is sent to Sultan Eşarp. The product price is returned to the Buyer within 15 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. For bundles (where multiple products are grouped together and sold at once), products cannot be returned alone, they must be returned together. Due to the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost of the returned product is borne by the Buyer. In cases where the product is defective, the return shipping fee belongs to Sultan Eşarp. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to send Cargo with the contracted cargo company of Sultan Eşarp. For shipments with different companies, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.

The products that cannot be returned in terms of their quality are that the product was used after the delivery. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.

In addition, the consumer can not use the right of withdrawal in the goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made special to the person by making changes or additions.

If the payment is made with a credit card or similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment on the grounds that the card is used against his / her consent and unlawfully. In this case, the card issuer shall refund the payment amount to the consumer within 7 working days after notification of the objection.

Until the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the settlement area of Sultan Eşarp are authorized for the implementation of this agreement.

If the order is concluded, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
